Hi , my name is Shane.. I am a single father of 2 kids , 1 girl 21 and 1 boy 18 .. I am also a grandfather to a beautiful 1 year old old granddaughter.. I am originally from Bloomington , Illinois , but have been living here in Danville Illinois for close to three years now..

I am a very loving , caring , thoughtful and affectionate man... I love and cherish my family members and close friends!! I love to help others and sometimes will go out of my way to help someone in need , or do something for someone just to make that person smile and see the look of appreciation their face :) I am very protective of my loved ones but , not over protective... I like to do a lot of things during my free time.. There are a lot of things I've never experienced yet and want to try sometime in the future..

What I'm looking for in a woman : #1. Respect... The most important of all!! Everything falls under respect if you don't have mutual respect for one another it will never workout!! #2. Trust... I'm looking for a woman who I can trust 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt!! # 3. Honesty... The thing I hate the most is a liar!! I am too old for the teenybopper games!! If I catch you in one lie I'm done!!! #4. Communication... Is a must in and out of the bedroom!!! These are the 4 primary ingredients needed to maintain a healthy relationship without them a relationship will never work out...


I am not interested in anyone on rebound!! Sorry ladies I just don't have the patience or the time to invest in someone who is fresh out of a relationship.. I had a bad experience with an ex , who claimed she was over her ex when in fact she wasn't and it caused too much drama and heartache for me...I don't do drugs period!! If you have a drinking problem and you have to have a drink everyday to cope with life , or your idea of a good time is to run to the bars every chance you get you're not the woman for me sorry!!
I am into bodybuilding and nutrition... I would like to meet someone into the same or wanting to learn and get involved.. I have participated in various martial arts throughout my life including , Boxing , Kickboxing , Muay Thai , Jujitsu , and Jeet Kune Do.. I also have a general knowledge in nutrition and sports supplements and would like to share it with that special someone :)
